The primary focus of the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office is the safety of our citizens. We want our community to feel safe where they live, work and play. The goal for this training is awareness, prevention and surviving violence. Students will learn risk factors, warning signs, and best practices to help the community be aware of the potential for violence, better understand potential hazards in their surroundings and reduce the likelihood of a tragic event.
The Sheriff’s Office is hosting an approximately 3 (three) hour training seminar which will focus on the above mentioned items. Training is FREE but each attendee is required to have a ticket.
