34 Strong Presents: 5 Keys to Sustaining Strengths in an Organization, a charity keynote.
Many organizations get excited about implementing strengths and roll out their program with fanfare, only to lose energy and focus once employees and leaders fall back into the daily grind. The key to an effective strengths program is sustaining its momentum long after its launch day. At this meetup, Brandon Miller, the CEO of 34 Strong will share the marks of a strengths-based culture and the keys to sustaining strengths. Learn how committed leaders architect, support and engage middle managers so they can more effectively leverage the strengths of every associate. With an opportunity to experience the Triple G (GRIND - GREATNESS - GENIUS) interactive tool that helps clients connect strengths and performance, you’ll walk away from this session with specific steps for sustaining strengths within your or your client’s organization.
Caring for Kids Backpacks
One of the most exciting things about going back to school is getting a new backpack, right? Our backpack and school supply drive was created to provide local foster children with needed school essentials. You can’t succeed if you don’t have the right tools! In addition, we have learned from our school partnerships that foster children often come to school confused and hurting; without backpacks and school supplies they feel intimidated and alone. We give teachers the opportunity throughout the year to gift their new students with a welcome backpack and all the supplies they need.
Tickets are priced at $20, with all proceeds being donated toward XHope.Ticket price waived for donation of new backpack with school supplies. Light appetizers will be provided.
