As Community Ambassador for the Sacramento SPCA (SSPCA), it is my privilege to represent the shelter at events.  My most important task is to educate the public about what we do and what distinguishes us from other shelters in the area. I love animals and want to be their voice.  Did you know we spay and neuter more than 18,000 per year.  We exist soley through donations and grants.  We are not funded by any government entity or any other SPCA. We are happy to talk to any company or organization about what we do and get you involved with our important cause.  The SSPCA is essential to the community.  Let us show you why you should be part of what we do!

I serve as Community West Bank, formerly named Central Valley Community Bank, as V.P. Community Outreach Officer for the Greater Sacramento region, cultivating and managing commercial relationships for community banks in Sacramento.  
Building leadership relationships with community trade & nonprofit organizations, identifying opportunities for the Bank to support & provide services. Working closely with property management companies, associations, and businesses of all sizes to provide banking services that meet their individual needs. I provide my clients with a unique, service-driven style of relationship banking, taking the time to understand how to meet their full range of commercial banking needs.
 

Myra believes strategic planning is essential for an organization’s success and readiness. And that today’s process should be creative, aspirational, actionable, and flexible.
Myra’s experience in strategic planning came during her years working in public affairs at the executive level where she was called upon to co-lead or lead strategic planning efforts. Her background essentially combines branding, and reputation management with strategic intents.
From television news anchor and reporter to political and corporate spokesperson, Myra was exposed to the inner workings of leadership and strategy.  
Named one of the 100 Most Influential Women in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal, Myra is a Bay Area native.
Myra holds a certification in Strategic Management Performance Systems from George Washington University.

Hester has been  the Director of Media Services for Futures Explored since 2013; and also runs the Futures Films Production Company.   Futures Explored trains individuals for careers in the film industry as one of its many programs. Hester earned her BA in Theatre Arts from The University of the South in Sewanee, TN and her MA in Educational Theatre from NYU. She worked in NY as a teaching artist and educator in schools and prisons before moving to California in 2007

I educate professionals on communication and conflict management strategies and tools to yield better relationships that fuel great work culture and cross department collaboration.

Former local radio executive now turned podcast production, marketing and studio owner.  Focus on B2B and B2C produced content, both audio and video to help businesses tell their stories in their words as testimonials, endorsements and even tutorials.  

My ultimate goal is to empower clients to be confident in their financial well-being and make a positive impact on their community, country, and the world. Giving back is a personal passion of mine, as I grew up in a blended family and relied on the generosity of others. To this day, I strive to return the favor by helping those in need.

Originally from a small town in Delano, California, I now reside in the Greater Sacramento area with my wife, Desiree, and our son, Atlas, along with our cat, Velvet. In my free time, I enjoy staying active and exploring the great outdoors with my family, whether hiking or traveling to nearby destinations like Tahoe or San Francisco.

As a family law/divorce lawyer, Sean Musgrove and his associate attorneys work with individuals who were in need of representation. The firm represents clients who have a wide variety of family law related issues, including, but not limited to, getting “divorced” so they can remarry, child custody, child move-away cases, guardianship cases, child support cases, spousal and alimony cases, obtaining domestic violence orders, fighting domestic violence orders, and dividing marital property.

As the Executive Director, Greater Sacramento Region for the American Cancer Society, Alexis is leading a talented team of professionals who work to ensure that cancer patients and their families across the region are aware of the many programs and services offered, including lodging and transportation for patients, guidance, and community support. In partnership with local volunteers, her team executes events such as Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Sacramento which brings out 25,000 annual attendees, and a new food is medicine initiative and culinary event, Taste of Hope, launching Spring 2025. The team also aims to create meaningful partnerships with companies and individuals who want to further ACS’ impact and reach through employee and community channels, further reducing the barriers to care and ensuring everyone has a fair and just chance to prevent, find, treat, and survive cancer.
