As RSE’s director of public affairs, Scott brings more than 30 years of experience managing complex campaigns with keen insight into focusing the confluence of social marketing, advertising, digital outreach and public relations to move audiences and produce results for RSE’s clients, including Paratransit, City of Sacramento, Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation, Department of Technology, CalOptima, California Department of Public Health, Department of Financial Protection and Innovation and CalPERS. His expertise in developing integrated campaigns that touch diverse Californians and hard-to-reach audiences has been instrumental in support of local and state government organizations and social-issue advocates. In an era that puts greater emphasis on social media and online communication, he has been highly successful at driving strategies for integrated message delivery. Scott is also sought after for his expertise in crisis communications, partnership development and stakeholder engagement.
