About

AI consulting, design and build for operating businesses, from owner-led teams to the enterprise.

SierraWorks helps businesses of every size put AI to work on the everyday parts of the operation. We start with a free AI Scorecard or a Diagnostic that maps where AI saves the most time, then design, build and run the systems that follow.

What we build:

• Leadership dashboards: one live view of status, risks and delays across departments, so leaders stop chasing updates
• Executive summaries: weekly and monthly briefings drafted from your own data, reviewed by you before they go out
• Automated project management tracking: milestones, owners, due dates and blockers tracked and flagged automatically, across the tools your teams already use
• Workflow and approval systems: intake, routing, follow-ups and sign-offs with audit trails and access controls built in
• Enterprise integrations: connect the systems you already run, including spreadsheets, project tools, email and calendars
• Customer and vendor follow-up: quotes, invoices, reminders and updates in your voice, approved by you

Founded by a software and operations leader with 20+ years of experience, including running operations for large engineering organizations at Adobe, where he built operating systems and executive dashboards.
