Angelo Pacheco is the President and CEO of Summit Building Group, a Sacramento-area general contracting company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Northern California.

Angelo's career in construction began at just 15 years old, when he went to work as a laborer on a commercial tenant improvement project in upstate New York. That early experience introduced him to the skilled trades and laid the foundation for a career that would ultimately span construction, homebuilding, manufacturing, supply chain management, finance, and entrepreneurship.

After relocating to California, Angelo joined Pulte Homes, where he worked within Southern California homebuilding operations. Following the 2008 housing downturn, he earned a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of San Diego and later a second Master's degree in Finance and Investment Banking from Northeastern University. He went on to build an extensive career in manufacturing and operations, eventually serving as Director of Supply Chain for NorCal Beverage, where his responsibilities included operations supporting two manufacturing facilities, eleven production lines, and approximately 150 million cases of annual production.

Throughout his corporate career, Angelo continued investing in and building real estate while expanding his construction knowledge. He ultimately earned his California General Contractor's license and additional trade licenses and certifications covering roofing, painting, synthetic products, and water and fire damage restoration.

Today, Angelo brings that combination of hands-on construction experience, corporate operational leadership, financial discipline, and business strategy to Summit Building Group. His approach goes beyond simply completing projects. He believes successful construction requires disciplined planning, strong communication, accountability, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to creating long-term value for clients.

Through Summit Building Group, Angelo is focused on growing a construction organization capable of serving homeowners, businesses, property owners, developers, and other organizations throughout the Sacramento region and Northern California.

As a member of the Sacramento Metro Chamber, Angelo looks forward to building relationships with fellow business leaders, supporting economic development throughout the region, creating opportunities within the construction industry, and contributing to the continued growth of the Sacramento business community.
