Emma Abalogun is the Founder of UP Leadership, a leadership development and consulting practice helping organizations develop managers who can lead effectively when pressure is high.

Most leadership training works until pressure hits. Emma helps organizations close the gap between how leaders intend to show up and how they actually behave when the stakes are highest.

Through leadership development, corporate training, workshops, Lunch & Learns, speaking, and the proprietary RAM-R™ Method, Emma helps leaders build greater self-awareness, consistency, emotional intelligence, communication, and accountability.

Emma is certified in the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360™ assessments, which she incorporates into Leadership Intensives to help leadership teams identify behavioral blind spots and better understand how they communicate, make decisions, and lead under pressure.
