Founded in 1946 by Edith and Vince Livingston, Livingston’s Concrete Service, Inc. is celebrating 80 years of serving the greater Sacramento region. Today, the locally owned, family-operated ready-mix concrete company continues under third-generation family leadership, working alongside contractors, businesses, and community partners.

For Livingston’s customers, that history matters most in what it means today: dependable scheduling, honest communication, and consistent concrete quality that help protect crews’ time, project schedules, and commitments to their own customers.

To mark the milestone, Livingston’s is introducing its new tagline, Dependability Delivered, and unveiling a Legacy Fleet featuring two revived historic truck designs alongside its current design. Together, the three trucks serve as a visual representation of the company’s past, present, and future — three generations, eight decades, and a family legacy still moving forward.

Throughout the coming months, Livingston’s will share photographs and stories recognizing the employees, customers, vendors, and partners who helped make 80 years possible—and celebrate the relationships that will shape its next chapter.
